Drr generation of AP and LP at a time

I have 2 projection matrix AP and LP it is got by c-arm by considering c-arm as a pinhole camera, I try to generate the drr by converting them into rotation and translation matrix using QR factor that converted matrix I used but I am unable to get the DRR.
