My bitcoin -> monero swap is stuck on 'Redeeming Your Monero'. I did read about a resolution for this from 1.2 - 2 years ago, but that doesn't seem to be working. Where can I go from here? @unstoppableswap-botty @binarybaron |

Hey, sorry for the inconvenience. First of all, you can relax: the swap went through and there is no risk of losing funds. This case is not time sensitive. The only step left is for the Monero to be redeemed. You can try restarting the app, that sometimes resolves the issue. If that doesn’t work, you should open the data directory (Help & Settings -> scroll down to the logs section -> click the folder icon) and navigate to mainnet -> monero -> monero-data. There will be a file named after the id of your swap, like “.keys”. These are the keys for the wallet that contains the Monero. You can import it into e.g. feather wallet and send them to your own wallet |
