Allow swapping less than maximum btc balance

either i am blind or the wallet lacks a simple functionality to only swap amount X instead of sweeping balance

currently maker has available lets say 0.01-1 btc
eigenwallet balance is 0.2 btc

it only allows to take the offer of that maker for 0.2 btc, not just 0.02 or 0.03
