Custom url to download bun (nodeDownloadRoot analogue)

Hi,

The install-bun goal supports only the default bun url (DEFAULT_BUN_DOWNLOAD_ROOT). However, under a private proxy it may become a problem.

The proposal is to create something similiar to nodeDownloadRoot.

PS: The initial support of bun was implemented in the scope of #1106.
