502 Bad Gateway error on web ui login (v2.11.3)

Describe the bug
nginx-proxy-manager installed inside proxmox debian container with Alternate scipt (sh -c "$(wget --no-cache -qO- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ej52/proxmox/main/install.sh)" -s --app nginx-proxy-manager)

Everything works fine, but after container reboot a 502 Bad Gateway error occurs on web ui (port 81) login
Created proxy hosts keep working fine

System info:

• Proxmox Version: 8.1.3
• Debian Template Version: debian-12-standard_12.2-1_amd64.tar.zst
• nginx-proxy-manager: v2.11.3

I have the same problem - not able to login- how to solve this issue
