[BUG] Cmd+Tab Appearance Settings Have No Effect

Bug Description

Changing Appearance settings for Cmd+Tab mode has no actual effect on in-app appearance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open DockDoor settings
2. Select "Appearance" from the left side of DockDoor settings window
3. Scroll down to the "Appearance" section
4. Select "Cmd+Tab" section
5. Change any setting under "CMD+TAB SETTINGS" section
6. Close DockDoor settings window
7. Press cmd+tab key combination to open the Cmd+Tab view

Expected vs Actual Behavior

Expected: Cmd+Tab mode appearance follows settings
Actual: Cmd+Tab mode appearance does not follow settings

Environment

• macOS version: 26.3 (25D125)
• App version: 1.31.2

What you are showing is the window switcher, not the native cmd-tab enhancement, which is a separate feature.

Oops, user error. Had those two modes mixed up in my head.
