Add support for Licenses #12
Description
License should be defined somewhere in the mix.exs, and:
- support for the most common licenses should be provided
- a copy of the license should be included in the docs
- meta tags should be updated, linking to the appropriate license (good for search engines that list content according to the license) ( Add <meta> tags #11 )
