Brief Description

Enables the ROS 2 CLI and other features that utilize communication graph introspection.

iceoryx2 Capabilities Needed

  1. Expose open_or_create_with_attributes() in the CXX API
    1. The ROS typename needs to be stored here
  2. Expose service DynamicConfig in the CXX API
  3. Identify if a node is publisher OR subscriber to a service
