Authorizing users: Added users appear in list in an alphabetical order #1674
Description
When authorizing new users:
When I search for a user and click on the name of the person I want to add, the user is inserted into the list of authorized users in alphabetical order based on their first name. This works fine when the list is short. However, once the list becomes longer (for example, around 10 users or more), it can be difficult to locate the newly added user.
This is important because I may need to adjust the "Actions" assigned to that user immediately after adding them.
Suggested behavior:
When clicking on the name of the user I want to add, the user should be added to the list and either:
a) be highlighted in some way, or
b) appear at the very top of the list of authorized users.
