Choose hardware profile while Creating Elastic Resource from Azure Marketplace

There should be an option to choose hardware profile while creating an elastic resource from Azure Marketplace. Currently, customers need to instantiate their Elastic Deployment and the change the Hardware Profile from the Elastic Cloud Admin UI (which may be a non obvious option). I am filing upon request from many cloud customer.

@richardgilm the issue looks to relate to the Elastic Cloud integration with Azure Marketplace. This repository however relates to the Azure Resource Manager template deployment in the Azure Marketplace, so your issue may not be seen here.
