[FR] Test for Keep Metadata #5440

Problem Description
For ES|QL rules we have run into issues where the metadata fields that we require in our FROM line are missing from the keep line e.g. _id, _version, _index
We should consider adding a unit test or schema test to enforce these being in the keep line for Elastic production rules.
Desired Solution
Method of catching issues like: #5439 before they occur.
