Describe the bug

Definition lists are not rendering in some spots, see /search-with-elasticsearch.html for an example:

I don't think we need to support them in most cases, they are used outside of settings references in many cases where standard lists would work just fine. We just need to agree on how to convert them.

Expected behavior

Expect definition lists to be handled.

Steps to reproduce

Build elasticsearch.md and check /search-with-elasticsearch.html for example.
