Former AsciiDoc attributes are not resolved in "On this page".

Expected behavior

Former AsciiDoc attributes should be resolved in "On this page".

Steps to reproduce

This seems to be a widespread issue, but here's an example:

1. Build the elasticsearch.md doc set
2. Go to http://localhost:5000/zip-windows.html
