Adds a new API landing page that lists all the API's in a single openapi reference.
Simplifies our navigation to always use a fully browsable tree, no dropdowns.
Taking inspiration from https://docs.github.com/en/rest/pulls/pulls?apiVersion=2022-11-28#about-pull-requests which also contains a nice big list.
Our
tag groupingconcept helps a great deal making the tree navigable.
