This PR introduces
IntegrationGitRepositoryTracker. It leverages data fromtj-actions/changed-fileswhen running preview builds to perform a validation check on the redirect rules in the branch the validation is running from.Note: On CI builds, we acquire the changes using Github's REST API, which does not provide the old paths for renamed files.
