Enhanced link handling to auto-generate text for markdown file links and headings when no link text is provided. Updated documentation with examples and fixed heading anchors to support new functionality.

The warning message now clearly indicates the unresolved URL and missing file path when creating an auto text link. This improves readability and helps users better understand the issue during debugging.

This feature existed already but was missing documentation.
