[Observability] New solution navigation for 9.2 (#3477)

Resolves #3102 by making
the following changes:

- Rewrote steps that referenced **Stack Management** in the navigation
instructions
- Replaced variations of "navigation menu" to keep terminology
consistent
- Cropped screenshots with the nav or breadcrumbs
