finding deployments text refined (#2251)

Addresses elastic/docs-content-internal#124

Text refined and screenshot removed, as the UI looks different now, with
a Health and Version filter dropdowns.

I've decided to not add any screenshot, as it doesn't add much benefit
here.

On the other hand this content as the landing page for ECE
troubleshooting documentation, without any introduction, feels a bit
wrong, but that's another story for another PR.
