[Serverless] Marks CSPM/Asset disc. known issue as resolved (#3833)

Fixes #3759 — per @Omolola-Akinleye, the known issue that affected the
CSPM and Asset Discovery integrations has been resolved in serverless.

This PR moves the known issue to the resolved section and adds the
resolution date.
