Adds tab groups for the 'Semantic search with the inference API' page (#3973)

This PR updates the semantic search inference tutorial to use tab
groups, allowing all tab sets throughout the document to be
synchronized.

## Changes
- Added `:group: service` attribute to all `tab-set` directives
- Added `:sync:` attributes to all `tab-item` directives with
service-specific identifiers (cohere, elser, huggingface, openai, etc.)
