This PR adds explanations about absolute and relative time ranges when
sharing objects and updates corresponding visuals (moving gifs to
contentstack as well)
Also updates share/export menu explanations as I noticed the toolbar has
changed and export options were taken out of the Share menu.
I'll create a distinct PR to update 8.19 docs.
