[ML UI/AI Infra][9.2 & Serverless]: Remove reference to grouping functionality in log rate analysis docs (#3478)

Fixes #3460 by removing
references to functionality that was hidden in the UI in 9.2.

Removed reference to grouping functionality and hid the outdated
screenshot since it wasn't being referenced from the preceding text.
