[REQUEST]: Missing step in data stream creation procedure

Description

This page - https://github.com/elastic/docs-content/edit/main/manage-data/data-store/data-streams/set-up-data-stream.md - is missing the step to link the ILM policy to the Index Template. There should a step after "Create an index template" where the user goes back to Index Lifecycle Policies and edits the ILM policy to 'Add policy to index template'.
