[REQUEST]: Review copy of table tab enhancements

Description

We are introducing enhancements to the table tab in alert/event flyout (read more in ). Requesting a copy review of tooltips and tour language

1. Tooltip of the settings button and options

2. Tour
   Step 1: pinning is available

Step 2: customize table tab

Not sure if it is fine stopping here or add another step to highlight one of the options? thoughts?
