What happened?

Latest ECE 3.8.0 is bundled with Stack 8.17.4.

For ECE 3.0.0 onwards, the required downloads need to be switched to 8.17.4 instead of 8.18.0:

I believe listing 8.18 here is correct. waiting on clarification from the control plane team

The listings here are correct - will be updating the "Required downloads" heading to clarify the relationship between the two columns (maybe changing to "Stack pack download link")

will be updating the listings in the cloud-enterprise guide to include the new 8.x stack packs.

To change:
(-) Remove Elasticsearch, Kibana, APM, and Enterprise Search stack pack: 8.17.4
(+) Replace with Elasticsearch, Kibana, APM, and Enterprise Search stack pack: 8.18.0
