[Search]: Clarify the get started for serverless page

What happened?

Is there supposed to be a section on querying the data? When you get to Option 3, the only thing it talks about is connecting to Serverless and ingesting the data. Nothing about how to go about “searching the data” using REST, language clients, etc.. 😄 Did the “Searching” piece get left out of the migration to the new doc system

Option 3 is for users "already familiar with Elasticsearch" so no we didn't intend to duplicate any quickstarts here.

But we can make that clearer and tighter, by rethinking this paragraph from first principles.

The initial cleanup of the "Get started with Elasticsearch" page is occurring in #2248

Then the decision is whether to:

• Move the "get started with serverless" details into that generalized page, as is the case in https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/observability/get-started, or
• Keep the serverless-specific details in separate pages like https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/security/elastic-security-serverless and https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/security/get-started/create-security-project

The Serverless details have now been consolidated into https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/search/get-started and the final step is related to querying your data so IMO this issue can now be closed.
