[Website]: Add known issue on O11y AI Assistant 8.18 in the Kibana release notes

What happened?

We have a known issue on the O11y AI Assistant on versions 8.18+ which is covered in https://support.elastic.co/knowledge/ca07d1fb (it is the public facing KB).

It would be great to have this added on the the Kibana Release notes "Known issues" section https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/release-notes-8.18.0.html#known-issues-8.18.0 (together with the existing known issue).

The tricky part is:

• It should be added on all versions 8.18+
• We will need to update it as soon as we have a workaround and a tentative fixed version
• We will need to remember to remove it on all the fixed versions

I'm pinging @eedugon / @colleenmcginnis on choosing the strategy on this.
Emma might be a good point of contact on engineering if you need additional guidance (especially on the tentative fixed version)

Hey @lucabelluccini, we'll treat it similarly to the other AI Assistant known issue (https://www.elastic.co/docs/release-notes/kibana/known-issues) and add it to 8.18, 8.19, and 9.0 known issues.

(That'll be quite a few places to make updates to when we have more information)

Is there anything specific you'd like to mention in the release notes, different than what's in the KB article?

Hello @florent-leborgne, the KB article is pretty much what we know until now about the bug we have.
I do not know if there have been any findings by engineering (a workaround or a target fix release). If they come out, we should update both the Known issue article I wrote and in the Kibana release notes.
