Data lifecycle docs: Clarify ILM versus "data stream lifecycle" usage

We should check the tutorials to make sure the the above terms are used clearly and consistently, with some explanation of the differences. We could just make sure that the main Data lifecycle page is crystal clear, and then provide links in the tutorials where those terms are used back to that main page.

Discussion:

• Data lifecycle (42:00): George: We talk about ILM and data stream lifecycle, but we
  don't really compare them. Zoya: I'd probably differentiate between Index and Data stream.
• Tutorial Update existing data stream (and others in that set) (42:30): “Data stream lifecycle policy” and “index lifecycle policy” are exactly the same thing.

On clarifying the difference between ILM and data stream lifecycle, I added the following note in Configure a lifecycle policy:

Hi @kilfoyle -- I'm wondering if we should also revisit the tagging (applies_to) on these pages:

• View the lifecycle status of an index or data stream
• Manage the lifecycle policy for integrations data
• Update or switch a lifecycle policy

Or find another way to offer the equivalent of viewing the lifecycle status for a data stream or finding the data stream for Kibana visualizations (or integrations, or managed in Fleet) in Serverless (which I imagine would be the same/similar to the steps described in these articles above)

Hmm. It's tricky, because those pages appear in the ILM section, which is stack only, and I don't know if the instructions could also apply to a datastream using DLM. We could test out the UI steps and the API calls to find out.

For the integrations topic specifically (the second link), the page guides users toward tutorials that are definitely only for ILM.

So, I think we would need to either move the pages out of the ILM section and rewrite them to apply to both ILM and DLM, or we could create equivalents for DLM only, and put them in that section, with appropriate applies_to tagging for each page.

I guess I need to think about this more...
