What happened?
elasticsearch.repo sample file contains option autorefresh=1 which is inaccurate. There is no such an option in dnf.conf manpage and dnf utility in log file complains:
DEBUG Unknown configuration option: autorefresh = 1 in /etc/yum.repos.d/elasticsearch-8.x.repo
