[ES|QL] Add inline Kibana docs for FORK command

The FORK command should be added as tech preview for 9.1/8.19.

At the time where this issue was created, that command was still undocumented (TBD by the ES eng team).

When that content is available, we should add it as well to the inline docs in Kibana.
