Update tutorial about monitoring GCP to show Elastic Agent

@bmorelli25 This one has been in the backlog for quite awhile, but really seems worth doing. I don't think we should be promoting Beats usage anywhere in the docs. Should I try to make these updates? (I say "try" because I'm not sure if I still have gcp account access.)
