The example we had in this original document wasn't migrated https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-enterprise/3.8/ece-sign-outgoing-saml-message.html
The instructions to sign outgoing messages are available here.
To not lose such an example we should consider adding it to https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/cloud-enterprise/add-custom-bundles-plugins where we have other examples.
At the same time we could review and refine a bit the other examples provided, and analyze the doc for technical accuracy.
