Delivering the initial version of Elastic Security's asset inventory, providing a unified view of assets across diverse environments. This centralized experience will enable efficient asset discovery, exploration, and management, consolidating previously fragmented workflows. It sets the foundation for future advanced asset-centric capabilities and enterprise-scale/readiness features.

Feature requires a feature flag in advanced settings to be enabled

Hi @caitlinbetz, what release is this planned for?

@natasha-moore-elastic this is a 9.1 feature. However, it is feature-flagged currently (must be enabled in stack management > advanced).

Caitlin informed me this will still be behind a feature flag in 9.2. Pushing this to a later sprint.

Per Caitlin, this is deprioritized for the foreseeable future. Her team is "shifting focus over to asset data and how that data can provide valuable context throughout the app - rather than the inventory page itself (for the time being)"

Putting this back into the backlog.
