What: Gaps feature was BETA, and we will change to GA
When: 8.19/9.1 (already released in serverless)
Impacted docs:
- https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/security/8.18/alerts-ui-monitor.html#gaps-table (need to remove beta label)
- https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/security/detect-and-alert/monitor-rule-executions#gaps-table (specify that the feature is beta in 9.0 and GA in 9.1?)
