Add Optimizely snippet to /docs pages

Please add the Optimizely snippet to the /docs main page and all child paths under https://www.elastic.co/docs.

Implementation Instructions:
Add the following snippet immediately after the opening tag on /docs pages:

Context:
The Optimizely snippet was implemented on the /guide pages to enable web merchandising/personalization and testing for the 'Most Popular' sidebar section. With the move to the new /docs structure, this functionality is no longer available on the new docs pages.

Requesting update to support the events team’s FY26 ElasticON promo campaign. Historically, docs pages have been top drivers for ElasticON leads via web merchandising.

Hi @bmorelli25 - related but separate.

elastic/docs-builder#1551 covers updating the ElasticON image CTA on the landing page, which the docs team is handling since Optimizely isn't implemented yet.

This ticket is focused on adding the Optimizely snippet across all /docs pages (including the landing page), so our team can run web merchandising via Optimizely - like adding an ElasticON sidebar promo below the "On this page" section, similar to where "Most Popular" appears on /guide pages like this one) and support other future initiatives.

No. We have not yet fully scoped this issue. To fully understand the full set of requirements, it would be helpful to see a list of upcoming campaigns we would display here. As a stop gap, we added the Elastic{ON} banner to the main Elastic Docs landing page: elastic.co/docs.

@KOTungseth We’d display these upcoming location-based ElasticON promos here on the sidebar of docs detail pages. Implementation and staging for these ElasticON promos will be handled on our end via Optimizely once the Docs team sets up the snippet and sidebar with default content (content that'd be shown if web merchandising isn't running).

Requirements for Docs team:

• Add the Optimizely snippet to /docs and all child paths.
• Add a sidebar container (similar to “Most Popular” section on old guide pages) with default content.

This will allow Optimizely to specifically target the sidebar container and serve ElasticON/web merchandising promos.
