What happened?

I navigated to the ECH Known Issues page, only to find it claimed to have none. However, I navigated there from a link from a "note" that described a known issue.

There are at least two known issues due to AWS limitations (https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/cloud/cloud-hosted/regions):

we do have a list of limitations still live ... different from known issues which is more like a list of active bugs. this link just needs to be changed. proper link is this one: https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/elastic-cloud/restrictions-known-problems

probably the known issues page should contain a permanent link to the restrictions page though
