Refer subscription page for CCS ES|QL

Description:
We need to highlight in the Prerequisites section that CCS ES|QL requires a certain subscription level and link to the subscription page. This is similar to how logsDB does it: https://www.elastic.co/docs/manage-data/data-store/data-streams/logs-data-stream#logsdb-synthetic-source

@naj-h feel free to add any other info that you think should be included as a part of this issue.

I'm suggesting

To use cross-cluster search with ES|QL, both the local and the remote cluster need to have the required subscription level.

This can actually replace the more vague

For full cross-cluster search capabilities, the local and remote cluster must be on the same subscription level.
