Update the list of statuses in the Monitor Elastic Agents doc #2333

It seems that the list of Elastic Agent statuses in the Monitor Elastic Agents doc is missing the Orphaned and Uninstalled statuses.
The difference between the Orphaned and Uninstalled statuses was highlighted in elastic/kibana#197731 (comment)
