[Elastic Agent] Add a known issue for missing Agent logging level setting on the Agent’s details page #2444
Description
Add a known issue for the bug described in elastic/kibana#230980 (missing Agent logging level setting on the Elastic Agent's details page).
On the Agent’s details page, there should be a Settings tab with the Agent logging level setting displayed.
Affected releases: 8.19
Workaround: N/A
