The structure of the documentation page https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/tools/snapshot-and-restore/ec-azure-snapshotting seems to imply that the steps "Configure keystore" and "Configure the repository" are substeps of the optional step: Enable the repository-azure plugin in Elastic Stack 7.17 and earlier.
It would make sense to review the structure and make sure that configure keystore and configure repository have the same level (we could also consider moving the first step in a note box or something, because with time the Elastic Stack 7.17 and earlier should become rarer and rarer (hopefully).
