[UI copy]: Help text for security managed data view

Description

Requesting copy review for when a user is editing the security default data view. We want to have a help text below the input box to let the user know that the indices edits will not persist. To properly update the indices, they should do so in the Advanced settings -> securitySolution:defaultIndex.

Current placeholder text:
Security default indices are managed in Advanced Settings. To change the indices permanently, edit the indices in Advanced Settings.

Timeline / deliverables

The PR will go in 9.2. It is close to being merged. Currently the feature to edit data view in security is behind a feature flag. If this can be reviewed soon (by 8/15), I can update in the PR directly, if not, I can open a follow up PR to update the copy.
