[Feedback]: ILM Shrink action

In lieu of a warning in the product, there should be a callout in the docs to let users know that setting shrink action down to 1 shard on indices already at one shard will cause errors.

The link that you shared just goes to https://www.elastic.co/docs/api/doc/elasticsearch/operation/operation-ilm-put-lifecycle and doesn't display the section "#operation-ilm-put-lifecycle-body-application-json-policy-phases-cold-actions-shrink" (which is a part of the link) Could you check and let me know if this is the right link we should refer to where I can see the shrink action?

Looks like the shrink action doesn't apply to the cold phase as stated here: https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/elasticsearch/index-lifecycle-actions/ilm-shrink

From the info I gather from my team, looks like we could update the following pages to align with the warnings in the product:
