[REQUEST] [Security]: Endpoint Insights sub-feature privilege

Description

In elastic/security-docs#6480 we documented the new Endpoint Insights feature. This feature requires a new Endpoint Insights sub-feature privilege, which should be documented on the Elastic Defend feature privileges page.

This PR has more info about RBAC for this feature: elastic/kibana#205088
