Enterprise Search is not included in v9.0. Therefore we will want to remove the "Enterprise Search settings in Kibana" docs for v9.
I removed these docs in main in this PR but the backport PR missed the docs freeze.
Resources
settings/enterprise-search-settings.asciidoc is no longer relevant for 9.0 and should be removed.
