What happened?

Having data to start exploring and analyzing with Kibana is a prerequisite. Adding sample data should be at the top of the page, perhaps as a tip or note. Definitely not at the bottom of the page.

Kibana dashboards UI is going soon through a massive remake which will impact many doc pages. Let's reconsider this issue with a stable UI to avoid unnecessary rework.
Moving to backlog for now.
