[ResponseOps][Docs]: Update pager duty connector doc

Description

Issue 1

Current pager duty doc mentions severity options for PagerDuty integration as:

The perceived severity of on the affected system. This can be one of Critical, Error, Warning or Info(default). which is wrong.
Expected: It needs to be lowercase otherwise this is breaking with error.

Error: error validating action params: [severity]: types that failed validation:
- [severity.0]: expected value to equal [critical]
- [severity.1]: expected value to equal [error]
- [severity.2]: expected value to equal [warning]
- [severity.3]: expected value to equal [info]

Issue 2

The current v2 Events API link seems to be broken.
Expected: Update it to correct link: https://developer.pagerduty.com/docs/events-api-v2-overview

@js-jankisalvi is this still a problem? When I checked the link for the 9.x/Serverless docs and the 8.x docs this morning, it resolved to the URL that you provided.

You are right, I checked just now and was able to redirect to correct page from our docs. 👍
