[Internal]: Document removing alerts from case (from case alerts tab only)

Description

We're introducing the ability to remove alerts from the alerts tab of a case, rather than just through the activity page of a case. Previously, users were able to add multiple alerts to a case as a single attachment. Since they could only remove alerts through the activity tab, they would be forced to remove the entire attachment. This will give users greater control of which alerts are included with a case.

Serverless release

With the release of 9.2 serverless, or Tue, Oct 21 2025` TBD for now. Are other backend factors (architectural and priorities) being considered.

The remove alerts from cases feature is no longer being included in 9.2 or an upcoming serverless release. Its new stack and serverless release dates are TBD and depend on multiple internal factors. I applied the Backlog status because this task does not need to be prioritized for the current or next sprint (and potentially further based on decisions from the Obs UX Management and Security Cases teams).
