Adjust E&A querying & filtering and languages landing pages to fit a more Kibana-focused narrative

Following the deduplication and re-focus of this section, we can adjust the landing pages to focus the narrative on how do these languages surface specifically in Kibana, making this section a lot more useful to Kibana users, instead of simply duplicating the Elasticsearch reference information.
