[Internal]: Trained models adaptive resource docs incorrectly state the min VCUs

Description

In serverless ml trained models always have adaptive allocations enabled and scale to zero after 24 hours. The docs at https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/autoscaling/trained-model-autoscaling#ingest-optimized state that medium high usage resource deploymets have a min value of 1 allocation. this is not the case it should be 0
