Deduplicate Canvas reference docs between Explore & Analyze and Reference docs

https://www.elastic.co/docs/explore-analyze/visualize/canvas/canvas-function-reference and its subpage is duplicating https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/data-analysis/kibana/canvas-functions and its subpage.

We should decide where we want to keep this, and remove + redirect the other.
